QUALITY WITHIN EVERY STEP OF THE PROCESS

Throughout every step of the  mold manufacturing and injection molding process, Conteco Manufacturing applies quality control measures to ensure that the mold, prototype or plastic production part meets both our and our clients’ stringent standards. All molds are manufactured to meet routine dimensional tolerance levels of +/–0.001″. Surface finish, function and weight targets are verified. High stress areas are reinforced.

From Conteco’s engineers to its mold makers, our philosophy is that quality comes from making our clients an integral part of the mold manufacturing process. That’s why opportunities for client input, feedback, and approval are built into Conteco’s mold manufacturing process.

Mold Manufacturing Process:

1. Client supplies Conteco with sample, sketch or electronic file of product
2. Any product modifications are discussed with client
3. An engineered 3–D drawing is created for client review/approval
Upon client approval, mold engineering begins
Mold is manufactured
Mold and engineered product drawing sent to client
