After your mold is engineered and manufactured, it will either remain at our facility for subsequent part production or we can ship it to your location.

Production Capabilities: multi–cavity molds up to 64 cavities, mechanical or hydraulic slides, collapsible cores, etc.

Manufacturing Material: DME mold steel or equivalent, hardened cores and cavities

Cavity finishes: EDM textures, acid edging, mirror polishing, draw polishing and sandblasting
