Conteco’s tooling operations combine precision machining, engineering analysis, and quality control within one controlled workflow. Each mold is built for production efficiency and part consistency from day one.
Mold Design and Engineering
Designs are optimized through 3D CAD and Moldflow simulation to ensure balanced fill, uniform cooling, and proper venting. Each tool design undergoes stress and shrink analysis to predict mold life and dimensional accuracy.
Precision Machining and Finishing
Multi-axis CNC, EDM, and high-speed milling deliver cavity accuracy within microns. Finishes include EDM texturing, acid etching, mirror polishing, and draw polishing, tailored to the part’s function and appearance.
Advanced Mold Types
Capabilities include single- and multi-cavity molds up to 64 cavities, mechanical and hydraulic slides, collapsible cores, and unscrewing mechanisms. All tooling is compatible with automated molding systems.
Mold Validation and Sampling
Before handoff or internal production, every mold undergoes process qualification and sample validation. Dimensional reports and full documentation confirm readiness for continuous operation.
