Comprehensive Mold Assessment
Each repair begins with a detailed visual and dimensional inspection. Tool wear, surface damage, and mechanical failures are analyzed to determine the root cause before repair work begins.
Component Rebuilding and Replacement
Damaged cores, inserts, or lifters are machined or replaced using the original mold specifications. Steel type and hardness are matched to preserve tool performance.
Surface Restoration and Polishing
Cavity surfaces are refinished to original texture or gloss levels through precision EDM repair, laser welding, or polishing.
Cooling and Ejection System Overhaul
Cooling lines, ejector systems, and slides are inspected, cleaned, or re-machined to restore cycle efficiency and prevent future sticking or imbalance.
