Manufacturers face constant pressure to maintain dimensional accuracy and part consistency across demanding production schedules.
Conteco handles that by digitizing the workflow: 3-D simulation validates fill, cooling, shrink and warpage before any steel is machined. Meanwhile machining data, CMM measurement and in-line sampling to make sure each cavity aligns to spec.
When a tool ships from our facility you receive the full datapack: material certificates, inspection reports, shot-cycle validation and process limits.
